AngieM Posted May 30 Share Posted May 30 Hello folks, We are preparing a location for an All Day Pot Luck Meet and Greet in Annapolis Valley eta June 8th 11am - 8pm. We also have overnight accommodations close by for the Druthers crew. Likewise if anyone in NS is organizing a different time and location, please let us know asap so we can coordinate with you. While we sort out the details, please comment with your interest in attending or questions here. We will post final details and location closer to the date. Cathie & Alice, (no), but you can link me to them on fb messenger if that helps. We would like to know your preference for the 8th and 9th and other offers/locations in NS. Do you have a planned stop in Halifax or Dartmouth (HRM)? Right now we are coordinating with Sam and his team to receive you at the BBQ just outside of Kentville on June 8th, (rather than at Kelly's Fringe Farm in Waterville). Catharine has offered to put you up in her bnb in Margaretville (45 min away from Sam's bbq). The BBQ runs from 1pm to whenever but it is not clear yet if people will be camping out, etc. Best I can think of for your comfort would be to plan for the bbq on the 8th with the option to stay there overnight or head out to Margaretville before sundown. We could also still set up Kelly's Farm for a brunch pot luck reception on the 9th (11-2pm) if you don't have another offer.
